Hike to the Highlands FAQs

Slow & Steady Participants

🏔 5/23-5/28 – pick 1 exercise (hike, workout, or run) and 1 active recovery (go for a walk or do a RW stretch workout)
🏔 5/30-6/4 – pick 2 exercises (hike, workout, or run) and 2 active recoveries (go for a walk or do a RW stretch workout)
🏔 6/6-6/11 – do all three exercises (hike, workout, and run) and all 3 active recoveries (go for a walk or do a RW stretch workout)

All Participants

🏔 Hikes beginning with “**” mean you have the option of joining the group for an in-person hike and time of Bible study/fellowship
🏔 If a 20+ minute run is too much for you – start with 1 mile, then 1.5 mile, then 2 miles
🏔 At least one active recovery/week should be a walk and at least one should be a stretch
